On September 10, Denciti celebrated the grand opening of Anchor, a 135-home purpose-built rental community at 829 Old Esquimalt Road.
Esquimalt Mayor Barbara Desjardins joined the celebration, which featured a nautical-inspired christening honouring the community’s naval heritage.
Anchor offers one-, two- and three-bedroom rental homes, plus two ground-floor live-work spaces. Amenities include outdoor terraces, a social lounge, EV charging, secure bicycle storage and a pet spa.
